PARTICIPATE IN PUZZLING​

This piece was created during the 2016 Governors Island Art Fair. Visitors to the fair had the opportunity to assemble or "puzzle" tree ring pieces back together on top of plywood rings. Each ring was linked onto the installation which forms like a chain, snaking up walls and around corners. Over 150 rings were created; each unique and representative of those individuals who made it. However, when linked together, something larger and stronger was formed, and each individual element contributed in supporting the whole.
